Metro World Kids is committed to provide a safe and secure environment on the Website. When participating on Metro World Kids website the following guidelines apply to every visitor and member:

Membership signup & accounts
Membership is open to children and adults. Children need to be at least 10 years old to create an account. The provided sign up form must be filled out complete and accurate. No false information must be entered. Every person can only have one account.

Posting in Forums
Metro World Kids community provides a safe platform for open discussions. Every registered member is able and allowed to post. Posting guidelines are communicated before composing a comment, include the freedom of speech and prohibition of posting personal information, any profanity, bullying, harassment or discrimination.
Submitted posts are subject to review by an admin and will only be disclosed if guidelines were observed. The admin may edit or delete the submitted post if one or multiple safety guidelines have been disregarded.

Metro World Kids is part of Metro World Child. Anything we create on the Metro World Kids website is owned by Metro World Child, including brand logo, background and front images and cannot be duplicated or shared without explicit consent from Metro World Child.

Legal Actions
Metro World Kids reserves the right to investigate and, if deemed necessary, take appropriate legal action against anyone (member or non-member, parents or children) who, in our sole discretion, violates any of these terms, including without limitation, removing the offending communication from the site and terminating the membership of such violators and others acting in concert.
